Incorporating the new requirements into our operations does not mean much change, as risk- and stakeholder management have always been key elements of our consulting projects. We had to define the optimal procedure and toolkit to be applied for more efficient operation of these functions. During the review, as in recent years, we have received very positive feedback on our active, live, functioning, continuously improving quality management system, as well as on our approach, processes and results – encouraging us for further development. We take the ISO strandard review as an opportunity: based on the external eye observation, we can get either confirmation or improvement suggestions regarding our customer-focused operation. This is how we bring out the best out of the ISO audit (too)!
