Several successful evidences prove that we are able to give significant professional support to various organisations of the Central-, Southern- and Eastern-European countries that recently joined or are willing to access the EU by the extensive use of our Hungarian experiences in project management and institutional development.
We have to find new solutions for the questions emerging in a different economic and social environment, often by adapting our existing methodologies. Participation of our consultants with outstanding international experiences ensures the effective and cost efficient execution of these assignments.
Besides the broad range of consulting services, Vialto is involved in international project management as well. We provide services from the proposal preparation to the project monitoring, project facilitation, partnership management, project and financial management and even overall backstopping throughout the project.
In the international – mainly EU sponsored – projects we cover the whole spectrum of consulting either by our own resources or by involving strategic partners. We are proud of our extensive and ever developing partnerships with large, acknowledged national and international organisations, but still, we are eager to find the most adequate partner for every tender according to the knowledge required.
Due to geographical , social and economical similarities, thus presenting valuable knowhow, Vialto is mainly targeting the countries of the ex-Yugoslavia, Albania, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey.
