Our most recent successful IT Service Management (ITSM) project has been completed, where we helped a Hungarian television channel overcome IT challenges to improve the quality of its core services. We modernised their ITSM system by implementing the latest ServiceNow platform.
As much as a broadcasting company focuses on marketing, content delivery and collaboration with production offices, it is crucial that the IT backbone of the operation is properly supported.
Our client wanted to improve the quality of its core services, which required replacing its IT service management system, so we replaced the old ticketing system with a ServiceNow solution. On this platform, we introduced new performance measurement methodologies and new processes, improved ITSM processes and enabled IT service performance measurement and reporting, all implemented in alignment with the LEAN methodology following ITIL guidelines.
As a result of the project, the new system supports the IT needs of hundreds of people, with self-service interfaces, 7/24 service, and increased transparency, service quality and customer satisfaction.
