I graduated in 2015 from the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, as a graduate economist of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.

I started my professional career in Budapest as a business analyst and later as an internal consultant in a multinational corporate environment. During this time I also gained experience in the fields of finance and telecommunications. I am strengthening the Vialto team since 2018, where I had the opportunity to deepen my experience in the fields of IT Service Management, BPR – Process Management, Organization Due Diligence, and Change Management within the framework of various consulting projects.

For me, as a people-centered, empathetic personality, the biggest challenge, as well as beauty of the consulting profession is identifying the real problems of our clients and providing a tailored solution that is based on market experience. My strong motivation in this diverse and challenging profession stems from the results achieved together with the clients, the positive outcome after solving a problem we indentified and the professional and human values experiences while working in diverse project teams forged in long-term collaborations.
