Celonis, the market leader in AI-enhanced Process Mining and Process Excellence software, today announced that it has been awarded a Leader ranking in the NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT) in four market segments: Overall, Process Mining, Process Automation, and Workforce Optimization.
Bailey Kong, Research Analyst with NelsonHall’s Digital Transformation Technologies & Services practice, said: “Celonis’ continued outcome-driven focus and its investments in the areas of AI/ML and Task Mining positions it at the forefront of the emerging wave of process discovery & mining solutions.”
The report looked at 15 vendors and assessed their performance on 43 key criteria, which determined placement on the two axis: Ability to meet future client needs and ability to deliver immediate value. Celonis and other participating vendors provided extensive product demos as well as customer references.
Vendor responses and customer feedback was then judged based on the weighted criteria, which informed placement on the NEAT Tool and each of its focus views: Overall Market, Process Mining, Process Discovery, Workforce Optimization and Automation.
“We’ve always had a big vision for process mining and the value it drives for customers. This recognition from Nelson Hall is another excellent proof point,” Celonis co-CEO and co-founder Alexander Rinke said. “We are the leader in Process Mining and it is the foundational technology of our expanded platform, including our new Operational Apps that activate process insights and allow customers to take action. We’re thrilled to be recognized both for our ability to meet future client needs and to deliver immediate value, especially as businesses are focusing on improving the efficiency and resilience of their business processes.”
