  •  In 2018, following my graduation from the Management Department of Babeș – Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca (Ro), I joined the ranks of the prestigious team of experts at Vialto Consulting as a junior consultant.

    This presented the unique opportunity early in my career to face the challenges of advisory work in the financial sector and public administration.

    This played a key role in my early consulting career providing hard to acquire knowledge and skills gathered in my various roles as data analyst, business analyst, test manager and project manager.

    Over these years, I was placed in the crossroads of several projects where my responsibilities were extended to include improving internal processes of various companies, improving their operational efficiency, increasing customer satisfaction and managing the client side implementation of IT systems.

    I’m very excited by the new opportunities offered in Digitalization and in 2020 I decided to embark on an analysis of the digital footprint in IT systems, which provided motivation to answer such questions as “How to instantly save 30,000 man-hours per year and make 9,000 customers happy with a little process? ” (https://vialto.hu/folyamatbanyaszati-esettanulmany/)

    As a consultant, I believe that by working closely with our clients, we can improve the everyday lives of companies and their end users by providing them with a value-based service that provides answers to real customer problems.
