MAIN STEPS OF OUR SELECTION PROCESS

1st round

PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS

Submit the required documents. We will process the Hungarian and English CVs and the Hungarian motivation letter, and if they fit into the open position we call for a personal interview.

2st round

PERSONAL INTERVIEW

The purpose of the interview is to find a personal encounter, a common introduction and to gain the first impressions.

In the aboutone-hour-long interview, we typically talk about the following topics:

  • Introductionof Vialto and the Open Position
  • Understanding motivation and personality
  • Survey of studies and professional experience
  • Solving general logical and creative tasks

It is definitely a good point for us, if you will arrive accurately and elegantly.

3rd round

PERSONAL INTERVIEW

It is an especially professional interview, where professional skills and English language skills are measured through realistic tasks related to the open position.

Tasks come from real-life consulting projects, but our goal is to get a picture of practical experience and problem-solving skills.

4th round

SUMMARY INTERVIEW, PREPARATION OF AGREEMENT

During the interview, we share appreciation of the experiences and, if you have the intention to continue with it, you can discuss the points of the draft contract on joint work.
